Operator & board
We test the board, wiring, limits and force settings.
Automatic gate maintenance is a scheduled inspection and tune-up of the gate and its opener: checking the operator, limits and force, testing photo eyes, edges and auto-reverse, load-testing backup batteries, lubricating hinges and rollers, cleaning tracks and checking remotes and access devices. It catches wear early, keeps the gate safe under UL 325 and extends the life of the opener. Eagle Automatic Gate & Door offers one-time tune-ups and scheduled plans for homes, HOAs and businesses.

Each visit follows a checklist, and you get a written report of what we found and fixed.
If the opener is old and keeps failing, our tune-up report will say so and price a replacement.
“Most emergency calls we get could have been a five-minute fix on a maintenance visit. A little attention goes a long way.”
A few things help a lot. Keep the photo eyes clean and the gate’s path clear, sweep debris out of a sliding gate’s track, and keep plants and sprinklers off the operator. Watch for changes: a gate that slows down, gets noisy or reverses for no reason is telling you something. Test the manual release once a year so you know how. Leave adjustments and wiring to us. Call our specialist if anything changes.
