LiftMaster Swing Gate Operators

Every LiftMaster swing gate operator we install

A swing gate operator opens the gate like a door, either with an arm (linear actuator) or a pad-mounted operator beside the post. LiftMaster makes them for light home gates up to very heavy commercial ones. Compare them side by side below. Eagle Automatic Gate & Door, an authorized LiftMaster dealer, installs and services every model across the Bay Area.

Arm or pad-mounted?

Should I get an arm opener or a pad-mounted swing operator?

An arm opener (linear actuator) bolts between the post and the gate. It’s compact and affordable, and great for typical home gates, but it needs a solid metal post to mount on. A pad-mounted operator sits on a small concrete pad beside the post and moves the gate with a heavier arm. It handles heavier, busier and windier gates and doesn’t depend on the post. Call our specialist and we’ll tell you which suits your gate.
